Last week, we reported that AI will be a major highlight of the upcoming Xiaomi 14T series. The Pro model will have a 144Hz “AI” display and Google’s Gemini integration.
Now, we can confirm that the Xiaomi 14T Series will be among the first phones, outside of Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel devices, to come with Circle to Search.
Circle to Search Coming to Xiaomi 14T Series
This will allow Xiaomi 14T and Xiaomi 14T Pro users to launch Google Search by simply circling or highlighting a specific part of the image.
This feature was introduced in January during the launch of the Galaxy S24 series and has since been added to newer Pixel devices.
The Google and Pixel-exclusive AI feature will now roll out to other Android devices, starting with the 14T series.
In addition to Google to Search, the Xiaomi 14T series will debut AI Notes, AI Interpreter, AI Subtitles, and AI Voice Recorder. This will all be powered by Google’s Gemini.

That aside, we have also got our hands on Xiaomi 14T promotional images. Based on the images, we can confirm that the phone will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra chipset.
It will be paired with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. Users would be able to expand the storage further with external SD card but at the expense of dual SIM functionality as the phone packs a hybrid SIM slot.
Fueling Xiaomi 14T will be a 5,000mAh battery with 45W HyperCharge support. It can go from 0 to 100% in just 45 minutes.
At the back, there will be triple camera setup, led by a 50MP Sony IMX906 sensor (OIS). It will be accompanied by a 50MP telephoto and a 12MP ultrawide sensor. Over on the front, there will be a 32MP selfie camera.
Other notable features include a 6.67-inch OLED screen (2712 x 1120 pixels), HyperOS based on Android 14, and IP68 dust and water resistance.
