Samsung‘s next flagship tablet, the Galaxy Tab S10 series, is rumored to launch soon globally, including in the US. Along with the tablets, the South Korean giant is expected to release a new keyboard accessory, as it does every year. However, this time, the accessory might come with an upgrade.
According to a report from WinFuture, Samsung may be planning to add the “Galaxy AI key” to the Tab S10 keyboards. If true, it’s quite evident that Samsung is borrowing an idea from Microsoft here, whose newer Copilot+ PCs also have a dedicated AI button.
Below is a render of the keyboard with the rumored Galaxy AI key in place of the right Ctrl button. Though it isn’t an official image, rather it was created by WinFuture based on their insider information.
We don’t yet know exactly what the Galaxy AI key on the Tab S10 will do. The report suggests that many of the new features coming to Galaxy devices with One UI 6.1.1 will also be available on the Tab S10. A dedicated button should make these features easily accessible for users.
Samsung is likely to skip a design refresh for the Tab S10 series. The tablets are expected to keep the familiar design with a vertical dual-camera setup on the back and a notch on the display with a selfie camera for the Ultra model.
Prices have also been leaked, suggesting that the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus will start at around $1,400, while the Ultra model may begin at $1,660.
